Nice World is an Asian-based overseas manpower supplier helping employers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Europe build reliable teams. We manage the full journey end-to-end: sourcing & trade tests → GCC/Wafid medicals → document attestation & visa processing (Qiwa/Musaned, MOHRE or EU routes) → ticketing & flight → on-site onboarding and first-week check-ins.

We stand behind every placement. 60-day after-arrival support is included; if a worker resigns or is found unsuitable within this window for reasons within our control, we provide one free replacement or service credit, as per the contract.

Countries We Serve

Saudi Arabia

Work permits processed on Qiwa. Domestic worker hiring through Musaned only. We prepare the full pack: demand letter, agency agreement, power of attorney, visa block details, Wafid medicals, and travel coordination; fully compliant with origin-country (Asia-side) rules.

United Arab Emirates

Hiring under MOHRE with licensed channels. Domestic categories via Tadbeer/Tasjeel centers. We handle Asia-side documentation, contracts, medicals, attestations, and ticketing, with strict adherence to authorized routes.

Europe

Country-specific permits with employer sponsorship. We manage Asia-side clearances, worker documentation, medicals, and ethical recruitment standards. The employer completes local work authorization and onboarding as per national regulations.

Compliance & Ethical Recruitment

We recruit only through licensed, audited routes across South Asia. That means working within each origin country’s official frameworks and approved agencies (e.g., India eMigrate / Protector of Emigrants, Pakistan BEOE, Nepal DoFE, Sri Lanka SLBFE, and equivalent South Asian authorities). Every deployment is documented, contract-based, and traceable.

Gulf & KSA requirements

  • GCC medical via Wafid: All Gulf-bound candidates complete Wafid (Gulf Health Council) medicals before visa stamping.
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA): Work permits and contracts are processed on Qiwa; Musaned is used for domestic worker categories only. We follow employer-approved blocks and document lists.

UAE requirements

  • MOHRE/Tadbeer routes only: We deploy through MOHRE-licensed channels and Tadbeer/Tasjeel centers for domestic roles. We maintain zero tolerance for unlicensed pathways (authorities actively close violators), protecting both the employer and the worker.
