• Responsibility for creating duty and vacation plans for your team
• Managing the budget and creating the Capex plan
• Ensuring the highest quality standards through detailed control of VIP rooms, external cleaning services and the work of our own team
• Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between housekeeping, other departments, and in the context of guest inquiries or damage reports
• You handle the receipt and solution-oriented processing of complaints of all kinds with ease and thus contribute to general guest satisfaction
• Achievement of departmental goals
• Professional training, further development and motivation of employees and trainees, including the creation of training plans
• Taking on administrative tasks and participating in cross-departmental projects
• You keep track of our orders and expenses for materials, guest supplies and external cleaning companies
• You supervise and carry out periodic inventories
• You will train our employees in cleaning techniques and machines 
• Support in personnel selection through active participation in job interviews

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!

• Completed training in the hotel/restaurant sector and specialist in the hospitality industry possible 
• Alternatively, a degree in hotel/tourism or event management
• Profound experience in housekeeping, ideally in a house of comparable size, as well as in leading a (partly external) team
• Warm, authentic and sociable personality
• Excellent communication and expression skills in German and English; any additional language is a plus
• Flexible commitment and an impressive awareness of quality
• Organized and structured way of working with an eye for detail
• You want to discover new things and take innovative paths
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in dealing with people and cultures
• Targeted communication, internally and externally
• Teamwork spirit and desire to share your enthusiasm and knowledge
