Tasks and responsibilities

You have the freedom to organize your own commercial activities and further develop your customer relationships. Do you have any great ideas to boost sales or improve certain processes? We’d love to hear them! If you approve, you can truly make a difference in your role.

In addition, you will be responsible for the following matters.

• You will  speak with customers to provide advice and propose ideal solutions based on the following products: daily banking, consumer loans, and non-life insurance.
• You actively seek out new clients who come to you through your network or colleagues. You contact them and invite them to schedule an appointment to discuss their financial needs .
• You work closely with the Bank Manager and the branch  manager to achieve the set objectives and you can explain this in reports and meetings.
•  You are eager to learn and continue to develop your skills and knowledge about the products

Your profile

To perform this role, it seems obvious that you enjoy contacts and have a great interest in the banking world.

• We are open to candidates with or without experience. You can either demonstrate a bachelor ‘s degree or a strong affinity for banking.

Because we offer you the opportunity to obtain the various certificates required to succeed in your role, you must hold at least a secondary school diploma. Within twelve months, you will have obtained certificates in banking and insurance mediation (Willems Act and European Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD)) and credit mediation .

•  Your enthusiasm and desire to take on a commercial role is infectious.
• You are results and solution oriented      and you are motivated to discover the client’s needs in order to provide appropriate advice.
