Job Description

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check in / Check out
- Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Inn
- Answer, filter, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone/email
- Receive, order and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Perform other office receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, maps
- Perform other activities, not specified above, necessary to achieve the objectives of the role
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Training related to Hospitality/Tourism
- Experience as a receptionist 1 year
- Opera Experience
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be creative and proactive when problems arise.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English and knowledge of another language
- Ability to manage time and multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service
