💼 Your Role:
As Executive Housekeeper, you’ll lead all aspects of the housekeeping department—managing teams, ensuring pristine standards, and delivering an unforgettable stay in true Hard Rock style.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage housekeeping operations with a strong presence on the floor
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and brand standards across all guest and back-of-house areas
- Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and departmental budgeting
- Hire, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback with effective solutions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping systems, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
