As a Strategic Account Executive/MSO Leader (m/f/*) in the Benelux region , you’ll have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Conducting acquisitions and converting these into sustainable customer relationships and expanding existing customer relationships within the Autoschade chains and Strategic Accounts in the Benelux.
- Analyzing data regarding Non-Paints consumption from existing customer relationships and discussing this with the customer on a regular basis, developing an improvement plan if necessary.
- When installing new customers or implementing new processes at existing customers, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of Sales Reps and/or Application Engineers.
- Work closely with your colleagues and the Strategic Account Managers of our distribution partners.
Your skills and expertiseÂ
To prepare you for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Higher vocational education (HBO) level.
- Significant commercial experience, preferably in automotive damage repair.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Proficient in PowerBi, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience with contracts and tenders.
- Networking skills.
- Commercially driven, proactive and convincing.
