The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Process and Project Engineer (m/f/*) at 3M Carpiano Global Distribution Center you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Analysing processes with an E2E approach with the aim to re-design them improving effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Implementing new projects: i.e. SAP TM deployment, Insourcing, Sample Management, Supply Chain Re-Design in line with global network optimization
- Supporting people with training and coordination on new processes
- Leading Report & Analytics, Inventory Team and other Teams
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Engineer or a comparable Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of logistics
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Willingness to drive continuous improvement changes
- Teamworking and cooperation abilities
- SAP knowledge

Job specifics:
- Location: 3M Italia, Carpiano Global Distribution Center
- Travel expectations: May include up to 5% [domestic/international]
- Mainly office based with the possibility to work occasionally in remote in agreement with the Supervisor
- Working pattern (full time)
