Job Description
For our Assurance Solutions division , we are looking for you as a Junior Consultant in Accounting and Capital Markets Consulting (f/m/d) as soon as possible .

Future orientation – Your responsibilities include preparing and supporting IPOs and capital increases on the German and US capital markets. You will participate in the preparation of prospectuses and financial information in connection with carve-outs or post-merger integrations.
Consulting – You will advise on the implementation of capital market-compatible reporting. You will also advise our clients on the transition from German GAAP (HGB) to IFRS/US GAAP/other GAAPs and on complex accounting issues.
Diversity – You will support our clients in the digital transformation of financial and accounting processes. ESG consulting in the transaction environment will also be part of your responsibilities.

This is what you bring with you
- You have (soon to) complete your studies in economics, (business) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or a comparable course of study.
- You have initial experience in the aforementioned areas, which you have gained, for example, through internships.
- You have theoretical and practical knowledge of national and international accounting.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
