Your benefits
Flexibility – You can determine your own working hours and location, in accordance with company requirements and labor law regulations. There are no core working hours, and you have the option of working from home or temporarily in over 40 countries.
Continuing education – Through our internal academy, international experience through secondments, and ongoing mentoring, you’ll continually develop your skills. We also support you with external training and continuing education opportunities.
Time Off – You can accumulate overtime in your annual working time account (AAC) and offset it with time off after periods of intense work. Any remaining overtime is paid out once a year. In addition, you have 30 days of vacation available per calendar year.
Mobility – For maximum mobility and flexibility, we provide you with a laptop and an iPhone for personal use and support you with furnishing your home office (monitor, furniture). You will also receive a subsidy for your job ticket (Deutschland Ticket).
That’s not all – we strive to create a positive work environment: one where flexible and creative work is possible, where work is recognized and performance is rewarded, and one we take pride in. You can find all the benefits on our careers page.
