Do you want to gain practical experience in planning, HR and administration, while still being able to take care of your studies? We are looking for a committed and analytical student assistant who can contribute to creating structure, overview and support in a busy everyday life.

Welcome to effective people planning 

As a student assistant , you will have a central role in supporting planning and HR tasks. You will assist the department’s planning manager and HR Manager , who reports to the senior management of the department and support 220 colleagues on a daily basis. 

Together, your primary task is to assist auditors with planning their working days at clients , as well as ensuring support and follow-up on various HR-related tasks . 

Focus on analysis and development based on data and dialogue 

As a student assistant and trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data management and analysis: You will collect, process and analyze relevant data .
  • Effective planning: Optimize resource allocation and find solutions.
  • HR and Administration : Responsibility and overview of the birthday / anniversary list , planning of events, proofreading, onboarding plans ,  etc.
  • Updating and maintenance: Chat groups , mailing lists, employee overviews, etc., for which you are responsible, are always up to date. 
  • Innovation and ideas: Contribute to the development of processes and workflows

Bring your knowledge of data, people and communication into play 

We know that you can’t do everything in advance. Therefore, the most important thing for us is that you have the desire and courage to participate, take initiative and develop the role continuously.

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher bachelor’s degree , with a few years left . The most important thing, however, is that you can nod in recognition of the following:

  • You think logically and maintain an overview – even when performing many different tasks
  • You are structured and detail-oriented
  • You can analyze data and extract pointers for further use
  • You have solid experience with Excel and Power Point and possibly people planner (not a requirement)
  • You can work independently , take responsibility and are ready to receive ongoing assignments

We offer you

A flexible student job where you gain experience with HR and planning in practice . The working hours are on average 15 hours per week, with flexibility in relation to busy periods but always with a focus on it fitting with your studies and exams. The work is carried out from our location in Hellerup. In the long term, we also offer the opportunity to work from home on certain days.
