We are looking for two people to join our Maintenance team for newly created positions who will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating activities related to maintaining production lines at our ROCKWOOL factory in Cigacice.

About the band:

The Maintenance Team consists of over 100 specialists who ensure that our stone wool and stone wool products are produced efficiently and without interruption. The newly hired individuals will work in a four-person technical warehouse team.

Place of work : Cigacice (near Zielona Góra)

Scope of duties :

• Creating inspection schedules for machines and equipment;
• Planning and coordinating the work of the maintenance team and supervising the implementation of planned tasks;
• Collaboration with technical warehouse staff in ordering, recording and settling spare parts, materials and tools;
• Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators, machine failure rates, reporting results and recommending improvement actions;
• Participation in failure analyses and implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
• Operation of IT systems supporting maintenance management (SAP PM/MM);
• Organization of technical training in the field of IT systems;
• Maintaining documentation related to the implementation of Maintenance activities.

Our expectations:

• Higher technical education, preferred fields: automation, mechanics, electrical engineering and related;
• English language skills at B1/B2 level – contact with technical services is most often in English, and participation in group projects requires the use of this language at a communicative level.
• 2 years of practical experience working in the Maintenance Department of a manufacturing company;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (especially Excel) and the ability to work with data;
• Experience in working with SAP (or other ERP) and/or CMMS;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Meticulousness, attention to detail, ability to prepare clear reports;
• SEP powers;
• Driving license category B;
