Position Overview:
HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
As an HR Business Partner, you will assume a strategic and operational role supporting our teams in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. Based in our Berlin office, you will work closely with regional executives and management to align HR strategies with corporate objectives, promote employee retention, and ensure compliance with local employment law requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities
Strategic HR support
- Trustworthy contact for area managers and senior operations managers in all HR matters.
- Active participation in projects to optimize and further develop HR topics with the aim of promoting performance, development, succession planning and employee retention.
- Responsibility for the annual HR cycle in your area of ​​responsibility in line with the company-wide HR strategy.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promoting employee satisfaction and corporate culture.
- Mediation in conflicts and support in solution processes.
- Lead initiatives to increase engagement and improve employee retention.
Operational HR management
- Responsibility for HR administration in Germany and Austria; support of HR processes in the Netherlands.
- First point of contact for managers and driving force for organizational and personnel development in their teams.
- Responsibility for employment law issues and development of appropriate solutions.
- Managing performance appraisals, compensation planning, and benefits programs.
Change Management & Projects
- Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Collaboration on HR projects with a focus on digital transformation, diversity, equality & inclusion (DEI) and sustainability.
- Implementation of HR technologies and data-driven decision-making tools.
Qualifications and skills:

Qualifications & Competencies
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, law, business administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as a business partner in an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law is essential; knowledge of the labor law framework in Austria and the Netherlands is an advantage.
- Fluent language skills in German and English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and across borders.
